Dear Friends!

Christmas and New Year are approaching with the speed of light and I feel it’s a good time to share some of my news with you.

Bath Society of Artists 120th Open Exhibition 2025

I am very excited to be further expanding my “exhibiting horizons” and to be showing two of my paintings (please see one of them below) with the Bath Society of Artists on the walls of the historic grade II listed Victoria Art Gallery in the heart of Bath.

This art society is over a century old and has renowned artists amongst it, including Walter Sickert, John Singer Sargent, Howard Hodgkin and others.

The exhibition is open until Saturday 10th of January 2026. Christmas holidays might be a nice time to visit this beautiful city and if you do, please do pop in to see this exhibition (and perhaps the main collection of the gallery all well that includes over 1,500 art treasures, including a display of British paintings from 17th century to the present day). That is what I am planning to do anyway. Alternatively you can view the exhibition online.

Parcscapes at the Regent’s Park Gallery

A few of my sunset paintings will be on show as part of the Parkscapes exhibition at the Regent’s Park Gallery in Primrose Hill in London. The exhibition brings together 80 paintings, drawings and prints of Londoners’ beloved parks: Hampstead Heath, Primrose Hill, Regent's Park to Battersea, Richmond, and beyond from 50 award-winning and emerging artists.

You are invited to the Opening Evening/Private View on Thursday 4th of December from 5 pm to 9 pm at 17 Princess Road, London, NW1 8JR. I will be there for some part of the evening and it would be lovely to say hello if you can make it. If not, the exhibition is open from 5th to 18th of December, and also online (for the next 3 months). The gallery opening hours are Monday, Wednesday - Friday from 12 pm to 7 pm, Saturday and Sunday from 10 am to 6 pm.

Winter Group Show 2025 at the Linden Hall Studio

I am delighted to be taking part again this year in the Linden Hall Studio’s Winter Group Show in Deal, Kent with my painting “Night Garden (II)”. This painting was highly commended in the Landscape category at the Broadway Arts Festival art competition in Cotswolds earlier this year; and I will be very happy to see it now in the Winter Group Show, featuring amongst paintings, sculptures, prints, photography, and mixed media works from over 250 artists. This exhibition is always a delightful one to see every year and I am grateful to have my work selected for the 6th year in a row. It opens on the 6th of December and runs until the end of January.

The Little Picture Show at the Highgate Contemporary Art Gallery

I have had several small paintings in the Little Picture Show - online exhibition of small 2D and 3D works run by the Highgate Contemporary Art Gallery throughout November. The exhibition is on an anonymous basis until the work is sold. The prices vary from £50 to £300 and there are a lot of fantastic artworks that could be found there in both the 1st upload and the 2nd upload. Perfect chance to buy great affordable art (prices vary from £50 to £300) especially if you are considering giving art presents from Christmas. Last chance to catch it today (30th November).
